Love or hate

In our lives, there are so many things that we either love or hate.

I definitely hate it when I need to get up early in the morning to get to work.
I love to sleep on and get up on my own without the sounding from the alarm clock.

I love to cook for my family.
I hate to eat out every time.

I love people who are honest.
I hate people who are dishonest.

Most of all, I love to be loved.
I hate to be taken for granted..

Healthy or wealthy

What's the point of being wealthy when you are not healthy? I just couldn't understand why some people just refuse to take care of their own health. They may have so much money that they splash it on liquors and cigarettes. They know very well that these two would definitely ruin their health and thus their lives. But they couldn't care less. Drinking and smoking are of utmost importance to them..

Finally, when they fell sick and need treatments, they don't mind spending their fortune on that. What's the point? They might as well spend their money on good food that keeps them healthy..

Anger won't overcome any problem

Why should one get angry when someone else does something wrong. Anger won't solve the problem. It might create angry environment. Why can't the problem be solved in a cool way.

As for me, I wouldn't like to be scolded should I do anything wrong. No one is perfect and we are bound to make mistakes.

I would prefer to be told in a nicer way rather than being scolded.

Sex in Marriage

Sex is crucial in a marriage if you want to keep the marriage alive. It plays a huge part in its success. It can be the difference between looking outside of the marriage for sexual satisfaction and not. Too often though, life takes over and before you know it, you stop making love. Your only romantic liaison may be a quick romp under the bedcovers on a Friday night with the lights turned off. Sound familiar?
Remember, making love is far more unique than having sex. Anyone can have sex, but not everyone can make love.

my view:

The moment we step into marriage, we can't run away from sex. But do we actually appreciate it? Do we just do it for producing kids or just for satisfaction? Different people has different opinion. But I believe making love is more important than just merely have sex..

The Difference Between Doing What You Love and Loving What You Do as a Job or Career

Many of the most visible examples of people doing what they love are sports figures, actors, dancers, writers, photographers, and musicians. These are activities many of us (including those doing it for a living) either do – or would do – for free; and many of us even pay to do some of these things. You know what I mean. It’s like the person who dreamed all their lives about becoming a Broadway actor or dancer (had the vision); went to school on loans, scholarships, or their own cash to learn to act and dance (had the opportunity); and then spent years and did hundreds of auditions (and lived through hundreds of rejections) to work their way up to Broadway (had the commitment). [Important note: some of you may be thinking right now that this also involves “luck”. Well, that’s for another article, but in my opinion “luck” is merely what happens when opportunity meets preparation. In other words, if you have the vision and commitment, when the “opportunity” presents itself – and it will – you’ll be prepared and “luck” happens]

my story:

I did what I love as a teacher but now I love what I do in my husband's shop. You might ask, "Why don't you do what you love?"

Well, I was teaching and I enjoyed the work and even the benefits of it. But lately, my husband needed me in his shop as his brother/partner had left the conpany. Without thinking twice, I jumped into it. Initially, I was not happy as my husband expected a lot out of me. I needed time to adjust myself and also to learn new stuff. But he was very impatient. And yet I persisted..

But I learned very fast and I knew I would love this new job. So as time went by, I acquired most of the skills and now I am happily working in the shop. Thus, we can love what we do too...

Greedy kids

Have you noticed that we seem to have a lot of greedy kids these days? The general public agrees and feels that increased numbers of today's youth are self-centered, spoiled, greedy, and materialistic. Instead of being appreciative of what they have, these critters seem to want more, more, more. Kids' ravenous, never-satisfied manner certainly drains a checkbook, but something even more dangerous happens: greediness vaporizes their hearts and souls.
