Have you ever been stressed? How do you manage stress?
As for me, I always try not to be stressful. Take one thing at a time. If I need to finish so many things urgently, I would get the most important ones done first. Then only I would attend to the minor ones.
In this way, you are sure that the most critical one has been settled. Otherwise, you won't feel at peace. You would become more stressful..
